THE IMPORTANCE OF SELF CARE & SELF LOVE!

As we are nearly approaching the end of the year and close to the festival period and holidays for most of us if is easy for our minds and body to automatically start slowing down. 

Also easier to start procrastinating on your Lifestyle Business goals. If you are looking to remain consistent and not looking to wait for the new year to actualise your goals its still possible to do so; it's not too late. 

It is about maintaining daily habits of achieving the essential goals which matter the most to the point that it becomes a lifestyle hobby and passion. Where you no longer see your business goals as something that interrupts your personal lifestyle. 

I am a stronger believer of creating a lifestyle business, which enables you to feel happier, passionate and more motivated to slay your goals every single day. 

It is about being able to move beyond the traditional employee mindset to one of entrepreneurship with a growth and abundance mindset.  So that you are not waiting until the end of each, every year. Moreover, continually living with regret as a result of being stuck of trapped in being unable to fulfil your life goals. 

Things to consider when it comes to goals:

1. What do you need to stop doing right now, which has been holding you back or limiting you from actualising your greatest potential?

2. What is your Life Vision? Focus on breaking down your goals into daily and hourly tasks, to enable you to become more consistent and super focused on achieving your grander goals in smaller daily steps.

3. Lastly, looking back next year what would you like to have achieved before another year ends? 

• If you don't achieve your intended goals again, how will you feel? 
• If you do achieve your goals how will you feel?
