Quitting is often perceived as failing and can also be viewed as taking the easy way out. Moreover, social pressures and cultural expectations may force you to remain on a path which goes against your intended life vision and purpose.

The more you force what's not intended for you, the likelihood is that you may start to feel unfilled, stressed, stuck and trapped in a never ending unhealthy vicious circle. 

1. Sometimes you have to quit in order to win in this lifetime. Winning can also be about taking back control of you, and what you truly want to do/become as an independent person without the added external pressures. 

2. Is it about knowing with well-being in mind, when it the right time to quit. Why enduring living in misery for a prolonged period than necessary? 

3. It can help you break free from conforming to unhealthy social and cultural pressures. 

4. Assist you to become unstuck and to move forward with your true intended life purpose.

5. It can help you to choose a path which you were destined for. 

Tips: 

1. You and only you will know when is the right time to quit as no one else can see your vision. It is helpful to follow through with your intuition regardless of external views. After all, you only have one life to live. 

2. Be fearless in taking accountability in fulfilling your life vision, even if the path going forward is not clear. You do not need to have all the answers in order to start taking the first forward. Start with knowing or reviewing your "Reason Why."

3. Focus on intuitively choosing the path of least resistance, even if you fear the path going forward. Embrace fear as a good indicator and challenge to helping you move beyond the comfort zone. Be  willing to take the risk in your personal growth and development. 

4. Do a Cost-Benefit Analysis to help you with assessing the benefits and risks of moving forward with your decision. Also consider the risks of not moving forward and whether you could live with that decisions.

5. Focus on growth mindset development, which enables you the opportunity to continuously through your life and professional lessons. Where you have an open mindset to embracing change. When you develop this mindset you won't perceive quitting as failing, rather as a personal growth journey, to enabling you to actualize your greatest potential. 

6. View quitting also as a success measure to enabling to determine when is the right time to exit from a project which is working very well, to enable you to let go, let others take over. This will also enable you to focus on other growth areas. 

To end quitting can put back in control and in the driver seat of determining the right path which suits you best. Quitting is not an end of a dream, it is also part of your personal and professional growth process.
