Day 18-19 (Mindset Challenge) The Power of Living in the Now

The power of living in the now, can help you to have an optimistic and positive outlook, thereby offer you a better quality lifestyle. Including how you mentally process life changing and challenging events. It helps you to be grateful first of all what you already have right now and to be living life fully by living in the present. It is also about acknowledging and accept life for what is it right now and moving beyond challenges. A good source and reference is a book by Eckhart Tolle "The Power of Now."

"Once you see you will speak, act and mind your mind in a conscious way." -Steven Hagen

The power of living in the now is about confronting life challenging and changing events which cause existential crisis and may lead to start questioning about the meaning of life and who you are in this world. Often existential crises arise when, we feel as though our life is being threatened, or we are challenged by life events which appear to be beyond our control. During these challenging experiences, you may experience feelings of overwhelm, loss, anger, anxiety, fear, stress and as though the world around you is crumbling down.

These life changing and challenging events, start to impact your world outlook/perception and may force you to start appreciating life in the present; as you are forced by a sense of urgency to start changing your lifestyle and outlook.

During these moments of crisis you may feel as though you have no free or choice, and that the world, or people are against you; as as you are primary driven by anxiety and fear.

In any given circumstance there is free will and choice, in terms of mindset. The free will and choice comes when you awaken to your situation mindset wise. This is the stage when you are able to start making decision, choices including finding solutions on how resolve your existential crisis.

"Your free will comes from your mindset, as there will always be life events and crisis which are beyond your control."

This is where living in the now enables you to make conscious decisions in your fully awaken state; to make choices going forward for the better of your well-being, which will leave you with minimal regrets the next day.

You are most likely to challenge yourself daily to start living life fully through overcoming self-limiting beliefs. For instance, self-limiting beliefs, which may have held you back from fully embracing your given talents, purpose and life vision.

When you live in the now, you live with minimal lingering regrets going forward, especially when you challenge yourself to confront the things you fear the most in life. The things which prevent you from becoming your best version of yourself; which you often visualize becoming.

Where there is a will there is a way, mindset wise
