What impact do you believe getting paid on results only would have on your Lifestyle and Society in general?
Do you believe it would have a positive, or negative impact on your life?
This is especially if you are someone who is always thinking about a Career Change or Starting Your Own Business, but you struggle to move forward.

Here are my thoughts in the following section below:
If you were paid only by the result you produced and achieved, I believe positive things could occur. This is especially if you have always thought about taking a leap, but felt restricted due to self-limiting beliefs or financial security;
Some of the positive changes I believe would occur for you and society, in general, are as follows:
1) People would be more willing to take more risks and not give up so easily, at the first hurdle of not succeeding in their Life Vision pursuits. 2) You would potentially become more confident and not care what other people thought. 3) Opt for Careers that suited your skills and interest more, where you would give the best of yourself and not feel limited/restricted in your creativity and ability to add value in other peoples lives. 4) Less dependency on borrowing and become more innovative such as making own homely products. Being less dependent on materialist needs and value life experiences more. 5) Time would not be a factor as you would not be paid based on the hours you worked. You would have more flexibility and work less for more higher income. 6) Uncapped earning potential and not restricted to only new career opportunities or pay scale. 7) Your value would go up, as you would be able to focus more on adding value for clients, changing lives and in achieving better outcomes. Ultimately you would become less dependent on economic, social and government systems. You would become much braver in maximizing your best potential, especially if the choice of how you got paid was taken away from you. I am currently living this experience and only get paid on the results, I produce. As a result of lessons learnt, I have let go off certain life securities, which used to hold me back. If you haven't read T.K Ever's book yet, The Mindset of a Millionaire it is worth reading. You will learn more about how Rich People (Millionaires) choose to be paid by based on their results.
