  2. Think of new positive and encouraging words, to express how you are feeling to enable your mind to be receptive to you new ways of positive thinking.
  3. Once you are aware of how you are thinking, challenge your ego to overcome your mindset challenges. Your ego is the part of you, which influences you to not to push forward and to remain in your comfort zone. It can also be the part of you that is self-critical or criticizes others (as they represent your internal mirror image of the things you wish to achieve, but you have not been able to actualise it yet.
  4. When you feel stuck and overwhelmed acknowledge and accept the experience, as something that will soon pass. Re-focus your mind to think of what is the next best step you can take.
