In today's live Youtube Wednesday's Weekly Marketing Session; I shared six essential tips on the "Habits of Highly Successful Content Creators. According to Hubspot content can either be entertaining, or educational information. Content is also produced in written, or spoken format via the following mediums: videos, ebooks, photo's, blog posts and infographics. 

Your brand personality matters, when it comes to naturing and building relationships with your prospective clients, social and professional networks. People buy into you and who are as an individual, before they commit to parting with their hard earned cash. 


If you are looking to develop a long term and sustainable business, it's about learning how to become a thought authority in your Niche Market; a go-to person and knowledge bank.

1.   Keep up to date regularly with the latest news about your industry, in order to remain innovative in offering the right solutions for your clients and their changing needs.  Rite Site Summary also is known as RSS feed is a type of feed that allows you to access updates to online content in your Niche Market
2.    Write Regularly: Helps improve your confidence in your writing skills and content creation. Put your thoughts to paper, or use voice notes and mobile phone notes/tasks apps. You be surprised by the creative and insightful information, you can come with overtime.
Dedicate time daily to jot down what’s inspired you the most. Challenges you have overcome. Including maximising on the time when you are most creative or on the go; travelling ( whilst commuting on public transport or during your downtime in local café's).   
3.    Study your industry's audience: It’s not about you it’s about your audience and the solutions they are looking for to their problems. Connect to them in the same you would like to be approached by others.  
Focus on what your client's needs, problems and challenges, being present in offline/online communities. First it's important to know your client Persona and Characteristics also known as Customer Avatar

4.    Establish your own voice: Showing up as you and your authentic self is not the worst thing in the world.  Being you is what will help you stand out from the millions of other people in a similar niche market as you. Focus on gaining experience from like-minds, Mastermind and specialist in your industry.  Through observation, develop your own voice and what you represent.  Don't be afraid to step-up and step-out and to share your unique perspective.
5.    Curate other people's content (when it makes sense to). This is moving away from being passive,  copying and pasting everything you are learning. Put your own spin into what you have learned, the key lessons which resonate with you.

6.    Know your Performance Indicators (KPIs) the analytical data behind all your content. Information which you can easily access from your Social Media Platforms including any automated systems you use. This help to understand your audience better including characteristics and personal traits. Including who you are attracting reach wise, whether organically or via referral processes.
